Dektite Ezi seal polycarbonate roof flashings

The Dektite Ezi-seal EPDM flashing is especially suited to running twin wall flue through polycarbonate roofs. This is because the Ezi-seal does not need silicone to seal it - the edge has a sponge-like strip that compresses onto the roof to make a seal. This means you can even fit the Ezi-seal to a wet roof in the rain! (not that you would want to).

You can also use the Ezi-seal for other types of roof like profiled roofs and flat roofs, although I would opt for the Dektite original flashing as I like to seal with silicone if possible. The flashing is held in place bolts or screws and like the other Dektite flashings has an embedded metal strip which helps you shape the edge of the flashing to take the shape of the roof.

The first flashing highlighted in orange below is the 160-220 Dektite ezi-seal flashing. This flashing is suitable for our budget twin wall flue pipe as well as our standard twin wall flue pipe.
The fixing fix that goes with the 160-220 flashing is also highlighted.

The Fixing kits available contain screws, screw covers and silicone - do not get the kit if you will be using bolts to fix the flashing to the roof (which is likely to be the case on a polycarbonate roof).
