Dektite square base roof flashings

This Dektite Square base EPDM flashing is suitable for twin wall insulated flue pipe penetrations through profiled roofs and flat roofs. The base of the flashing is square and has a metal strip embedded in it which helps to hold the edge of the flashing to the roof contours. The square based flashing is then sealed to the roof using silicone and fixed with screws or bolts whichever is appropriate.

The flashing highlighted in orange below is the DFE 160-220 Dektite square base flashing. This flashing is suitable for our budget twin wall flue pipe as well as our standard twin wall flue pipe.
The fixing fix that goes with the DFE 160-220 flashing is also highlighted.

Fixing kits are available that contain screws, screw covers and silicone but do not get the kit if you will be using bolts to fasten the flashing. The kit is ideal for use with wooden roofs.
